Our appreciation of Australian wines starts in the old Rocks area were you are introduced to some of the country's best wines.

Australia has been fortunate in the wine industry, taking traditional proven wines and making them better. Our climate and soils are varied and we can produce a wide variety of world class wines. New Zealand has also contributed to our wine varieties and they produce some of the worlds best Sauvignon Bloncs. We will visit two wine tasting houses before we follow the Bays around the Harbor through the hideaways of the rich and famous.

Watsons Bay with its sea side village atmosphere will give you another perspective of the Harbor before our most famous Beach, Bondi is revealed. This is your introduction to our surf culture and the bronzed Aussies.

As we site at Nick's Seafood restaurant eating seafood and drinking Australian wines you will know why the locals call this the lucky country.

Our return journey is through the Historic Paddington area with it's distinctive terrace house and quaint tree-lined streets. An optional Harbor cruise will complete your appreciation of Sydney Harbor.
