The tour departs Sydney and travels over the Harbour Bridge along the M2 Freeway through Sydney’s north western suburbs to Featherdale Wildlife Park.

Featherdale Wildlife Park hosts one of the most comprehensive collections of Australian animals and is a highly awarded tourist attraction. Your experience there will be close up and personal with Koala’s and Kangaroos and many other Australian animals.

Scenic Northern Passage, the Bell’s Line of Road, land of the mountain apple.
Travelling through fertile farmland known as the “fruit bowl” we pass through the early settlement town of Richmond and cross the mighty Hawkesbury river, and ascend into the Blue Mountains along the scenic northern passage. This is the land of the mountains apple, spectacular scenery along the way includes fruit orchards, green rolling hills, health resorts and private properties.

Lunch at Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens. Our stop at Mount Tomah on the summit of the Blue Mountains reveals surrounding mountain scenery and the high altitude cool climate gardens with trees and plants from all around the world. Enjoy a glass of wine and the wholesome food of Restaurant Tomah. After lunch take a self-guided garden tour.

After lunch, soak up magnificent views of Pierces Pass Canyon, Pulpit Rock Lookout, Grose Canyon, then the Jamieson Valley and the three sisters famous rock formation.

Our return journey back to Sydney includes a tour through Sydney Olympic Park.

Time permitting, Boomerang and Didgeridoo demonstrations by your guide.

Moount Tomah Botanical Gardens is situated in Bilpin on the Bells Line of Road, the quiet side of the Blue Mountains, less than 1.5hrs from Sydney. In an area of World Heritage Wilderness, surrounded by orchards, it is a perfect place to quietly refresh body, spirit and appetite. The restaurant interior allow diners to imbibe this glorious view of the Wollemi National Park, but the experience is not limited to a visual one.

The vast and seemingly impenetrable Grose Valley is before you. Admire the soft beauty of the aptly named Bridal Veil Falls. Sweep your eyes down 500m of vertical sandstone cliff faces.See if you can follow the winding creek to the Blue Gum Forest. This creek eventually joins with the mighty Grose River. Can you see Junction Rock, where bushwalkers pass each other by? Yes indeed, there are actually people trekking in the Valley depths!
